Eligibility and Pet Requirements

Service Eligibility

  • Pet owners must be at least 18 years old

  • All pets must be properly registered with current contact information

  • You must provide accurate emergency contact details

Pet Health Requirements

All pets must:

  • Be current on required vaccinations (rabies, DHPP for dogs)

  • Provide proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian

  • Be free from contagious diseases or parasites

  • Be spayed/neutered if over 6 months old (exceptions may apply)

  • Pass our behavioral assessment for group play eligibility

Prohibited Items

Please do not bring:

  • Toys, bedding, or personal items (unless specifically requested)

  • Medication without proper veterinary instructions

  • Raw food or treats not approved by our staff

Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process

  • All bookings must be made through our online system or by phone

  • First-time customers require an in-person consultation

  • Peak season bookings require advance notice and may have minimum stay requirements

Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only when:

  • Required forms are completed and submitted

  • Payment deposit is received

  • Vaccination records are verified

Payment Terms

Pricing and Deposits

  • Current pricing is available on our website and subject to change

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation

  • Peak season may require full payment in advance

Late Pickup Fees

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit

  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (emergency exceptions may apply)

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up or contact us results in forfeiture of deposit and may affect future booking privileges.

We understand emergencies happen. Contact us immediately for special consideration.

Pet Care and Safety

Emergency Care Authorization

  • Contact you immediately about any health concerns

Liability and Insurance

  • Pawsome Inn is not liable for injuries that occur during normal play activities

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing health conditions

  • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided

  • We strongly recommend pet insurance for comprehensive coverage

Property Damage

Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to our facility, equipment, or other pets.

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please leave valuables at home.

Behavioral Standards

Pet Behavior

Pets that display aggressive behavior may be:

  • Separated from group activities

  • Required to leave immediately (with refund consideration)

  • Banned from future services for safety reasons

Human Behavior

We expect all customers to:

  • Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

  • Follow facility rules and safety guidelines

  • Respect other customers and their pets
